The Modder path

What we offer, concretely

Engagements you choose, not ones you are assigned

We give you the full technical context before any interview: architecture, team, constraints, what is going to be hard. You decide whether the subject interests you. We never put an engagement forward simply because it is available.

A path built with you

We discuss what you want to go deeper into and we factor it into the engagements we put forward. When a skill is missing for the next step, we build the right path for it: structured training, certification where it makes sense, support from a peer, a project or prototype, time for technology watch. Training is not a list of perks: it is a tool serving a trajectory.

Peers who know the subject

You are assessed, then supported, by engineers who practise. Technical validation during recruitment is carried out by an expert in the field concerned. During the engagement you keep access to people who can challenge a real problem, not only check whether you are happy.

A company you can shape

Recruitment, technical choices, content, internal training: in a firm this size, a consultant who wants to take on a cross-cutting subject genuinely can. Modders take part in hiring future Modders: a candidate talks to someone who knows their technology.

Technical communities

Communities built around the consultants

We do not want communities that exist for show. A subject becomes a community when one or more Modders want to carry it, share their practice and help others progress. The firm provides time, tools and, where needed, a budget for training or a prototype.

In practice: field feedback, shared technology watch, certification preparation, workshops, prototypes and taking part in the technical validation of future consultants. The themes evolve with the team and with the subjects Modders want to invest in.

Applications

Want to join the team?

We review speculative applications. Tell us about your background, the technical subjects you want to go further with, and the kind of environment that interests you. Your application is read by the founder, an engineering graduate who has been hiring developers for these environments for ten years. The technical interview is run with an expert in your field, with him present.
