Data collected
Only the contact form collects personal data: full name, email address, subject and message. The sender's IP address may be kept temporarily in server logs for security and anti-spam purposes.
Purposes and legal bases
Each purpose relies on its own legal basis:
- Answering a commercial enquiry or a request made ahead of an engagement: pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the data subject.
- Answering other requests sent through the form: legitimate interest of Modders Consulting in responding to enquiries received.
- Reviewing an application: pre-contractual steps taken at the request of the candidate.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing spam: legitimate interest.
Recipients
Data is emailed only to the people at Modders Consulting handling the request. It is never sold, shared or transferred outside the European Union. The website is hosted by OVH SAS in France.
Retention
- Contact requests: 12 months after the last exchange.
- Speculative applications: 24 months after receipt, unless hired.
- Server logs: as defined by the hosting provider.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. No analytics solution, no advertising script and no embedded third-party content are used. Fonts are served from our own server.
